How is this different from the main speedrun seeds page?

Same criteria, different worldgen: these are separate seeds found and verified on 1.16's generation. Our main speedrun seeds list is verified on the current version, and seeds don't transfer exactly between the two.

Which releases do these seeds work on?

Verified on 1.16.2 – 1.16.5, which covers 1.16.5 modpacks. Don't use them on 1.17 or newer — the 1.18 terrain overhaul (and 1.17's transition) means the same seed generates a different world there.

Do these seeds work on Bedrock Edition?

No — Java and Bedrock generate different worlds from the same seed. These lists are Java Edition only.

About these 1.16 seeds

A fast any% route needs three things near spawn: a village for food and beds, a ruined portal for cheap nether access, and a stronghold that isn't half a world away. Every seed here has a village within 300 blocks, a ruined portal within 400, and its first stronghold under 2,000 blocks from spawn — the card shows the exact stronghold distance.

1.16 (the Nether Update) is the classic modded Minecraft version — an enormous number of packs still pin 1.16.5. It's also the version that added ruined portals to the overworld. This is old-style worldgen: the pre-1.18 terrain with world height 0–255, so seeds from newer lists don't transfer. Every seed below was verified on 1.16.2 – 1.16.5 generation itself.

Verified for Java Edition 1.16.2 – 1.16.5 (Nether Update) — 1.16.5 is the classic modpack version these lists are for.
