How this list is made
26.3 (Third Drop 2026) is Minecraft's next update, in snapshots now. It adds the dappled forest — an autumn biome of orange, red and yellow poplar trees, red shrubs and shelf mushrooms that generates near cold biomes — along with the abandoned camp structure and straw beds. Every seed below was found on the 26.3 snapshot's own world generation, so you can line up a dappled forest or a strong spawn before the full release. Because 26.3 is still a snapshot, Mojang can change generation before launch, so we re-verify each seed on the release build the day it ships.
Verified on the Java Edition 26.3 snapshot (Third Drop 2026). 26.3 is still in snapshots, so world generation can still change before the update releases — we re-verify every seed on the final build the day it ships. Until then, treat these as snapshot-accurate. Like every list on this site, these aren't screenshots and vibes: each category has hard criteria (village distance, ocean share, mansion range) and each card shows the measured numbers, with a map you can explore before you play.

Frequently asked questions
- How are these seeds picked?
- Each entry comes from one of our 26.3 category lists (villages, islands, jungles and more), where seeds are checked against measurable criteria on 26.3's own world generation. This page collects the top-ranked picks across categories.
- Is 26.3 released yet?
- Not yet — 26.3 (Third Drop 2026) is in snapshots, with a full release expected later in 2026. You can play these seeds today in a 26.3 snapshot; when the update ships we re-check every seed on the release build and update any coordinates that shifted.
- Which builds do these seeds work on?
- The 26.3 snapshots. Generation is stable across the snapshots for everything these cards measure, but a snapshot can still change before release — so for released Minecraft use our current-version lists, and come back here once 26.3 launches.
- Do these seeds work on Bedrock Edition?
- No — Java and Bedrock generate different worlds from the same seed. These lists are Java Edition only.
- Can I explore a seed before playing it?
- Yes — every card links to the interactive seed map with the right version preselected, so you can pan the full world, toggle structures and copy coordinates first.
